TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Feedback Form is organised by Emami Limited (the Company). Participation is voluntary. Emami Limited will provide discount coupons to eligible participants for their first valid response based on their feedback submission. The discount coupons are limited and shall be provided till they last.[AC1] [RN2]   The decision of Emami Limited in this regard is final, and no correspondence will be entertained. Coupons are non-transferable and are provided on a ‘NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND’ basis.
2. The feedback collection and issuing of rewards is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.[AC3] [RN4]  Employees and family members of (i) Emami Limited, its affiliates, associates, subsidiaries, and (ii) any advertising agency associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate.
3. Emami Limited will collect certain personal data (e.g., name, phone number) shared voluntarily by participants. Please read our [Privacy Policy](https://www.emamiltd.in/privacy-policy/) before sharing your details.
4. By participating in this feedback survey, each participant agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs and any amendments thereto. Participation does not guarantee receipt of a discount coupon.
5. By submitting feedback, participants confirm they are legally eligible to participate in this survey and meet the age requirement.
6. The Company is not responsible for the use of any phone number submitted by the participant. Participants are solely responsible for the authenticity of the phone numbers provided.
7. Incomplete or inaccurate information or failure to provide requested documentation (e.g., proof of identity or age) will result in disqualification. Emami Limited reserves the right to verify participant details and to disqualify any participant for non-compliance with these T&Cs, bad faith, fraud, or other legitimate reasons. The coupon will be forfeited if a participant fails to claim the discount within the specified time[AC5] [RN6] .
8. Emami Limited reserves the right to publish participant names, which the participant expressly agrees by submitting the feedback form of the survey, but not phone numbers through any medium/channel.
9. Emami Limited is not responsible for the misuse of any content submitted by participants. Inappropriate content, including copyrighted, obscene, or provocative materials, will be disqualified. Emami Limited retains sole discretion in determining inappropriate content and reserves the right to take appropriate action.
10. Participants, including entrants and recipients of coupons, waive any claims against Emami Limited or its affiliates regarding the survey, coupons, or these T&Cs. Emami Limited is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences suffered due to participation.
11. Emami Limited reserves the right to modify or withdraw the survey and to change, amend, or update these T&Cs periodically. Participants are advised to review the T&Cs regularly to stay informed of any changes. Participation in the survey after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
12. Emami Limited is not responsible for the acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, or quality of the products/services provided under this survey. Emami Limited is also not responsible for technical errors related to participation, including but not limited to network problems, server malfunctions, software errors or hardware errors that may prevent participants from submitting their feedback or receiving their coupons
13. Participants grant Emami Limited and its affiliates the right to use and distribute their submissions for promotional purposes without limitation. Acceptance of the coupon irrespective of whether it is redeemed or not constitutes permission for Emami Limited to use the participant’s name, photograph, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes.
14. Submissions, including feedback and name, are deemed non-confidential. Emami Limited is free to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such feedback and materials. Participants confirm their submissions do not breach third-party intellectual or proprietary rights.
15. Emami Limited reserves the right to modify or withdraw the coupons without prior notice.
16. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the feedback survey and using the coupon. Any violation of applicable laws may result in disqualification. Disputes, if any, will be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
17. By participating, participants indemnify Emami Limited and its affiliates from any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the survey.
18. Any resemblance of the survey’s nature and process to other similar activities is coincidental. Emami Limited has not copied or adopted any third-party ideas or themes. Emami Limited is not liable for any claims or damages arising from perceived similarities.
19. Participants agree to not engage in any conduct that could damage their reputation or interfere with the normal operations of Emami Limited. Any such conduct may result in immediate disqualification.
20. Coupons provided are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Amazon. [AC7] Emami Limited is not responsible for any issues participants may encounter while redeeming the coupon on Amazon, including but not limited to issues related to the availability of the product, coupon validity, or any technical problems on the Amazon website[AC8] .
21. By providing their phone numbers, participants agree to receive communications from Emami Limited regarding the survey, future promotions, and other marketing activities. Participants can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
22. Emami Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend the feedback survey at any time without notice. In the event of termination, no liability will be accepted for any claims or losses.
23. Emami Limited will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under these T&Cs if the delay or failure is due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, epidemics or other natural disasters.
24. If any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. These T&Cs supersede all other communication, if any, between the participants and Emami Limited.
